• Order details: your name, email, phone number and billing details you enter at checkout.
• Payment metadata: Razorpay order ID, payment ID and status. We do not store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials — those are handled by Razorpay.
• Usage data: anonymous device, browser and page-view information (via cookies and standard analytics) to improve the site.
• Support communications: the content of emails, WhatsApp messages or forms you send us.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver the digital PDF and any add-ons you purchased.
• To process payments and verify transactions with Razorpay.
• To send order confirmations, delivery emails and important service updates.
• To provide customer support you request.
• To send occasional related product updates — you can opt out any time.
• To detect fraud, abuse and comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Razorpay — for payment processing.
• Email & hosting providers — to send PDFs and run the website.
• Government / law-enforcement authorities — only when legally required.

4. Data retention

Order and invoice records are retained for at least 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting regulations. Support conversations are retained for up to 2 years. You can request earlier deletion by writing to pcos@pixymart.com — subject to any legal-retention obligations.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the checkout flow and lightweight analytics cookies to understand aggregated site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent for marketing communications, by emailing pcos@pixymart.com.

7. Children

This site and product are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, secure hosting and access controls to protect your data. However, no online transmission is 100% secure — please use a strong password on your email account, since your PDF is delivered there.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
