1. All sales are final
The PCOS & PCOD Natural Diet Guide and all add-ons (recipe pack, yoga guide, etc.) are digital products that are delivered instantly by email as downloadable PDFs. Because the product cannot be “returned” once accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations once a payment has been completed.
2. Cancellations before payment
You may abandon a checkout at any time before completing payment. No charge will be made and no cancellation is needed.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
If your payment is deducted but you do not receive the PDF, or if you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, please email us at pcos@pixymart.com within 7 days with your order ID and payment reference. We will investigate and, if a genuine duplicate/failed charge is confirmed, initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-delivery
If you have not received the PDF within 24 hours of a successful payment and it is not in your Spam/Promotions folder, write to pcos@pixymart.com with your order ID. We will re-send the PDF at no additional cost.
5. Before you buy
To make an informed decision:
- Read the “What’s inside” and FAQ sections on the homepage.
- Check that the recipes and food style match your dietary preference.
- Confirm that you are looking for educational nutrition information — this is not medical treatment.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a bank chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product may lead to your access being revoked and future orders being blocked. Please contact us first — we usually resolve genuine issues within 2 business days.
