1. What you receive
After successful payment you receive:
- An order confirmation email with your invoice.
- A delivery email containing the download link(s) for your PDF(s).
2. Delivery timeline
PDFs are usually delivered within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases (email queue delays or bank verification delays) it can take up to 24 hours.
3. Where we deliver
Available everywhere — anywhere in India (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Gurugram and 500+ other cities and towns) and worldwide, as long as you have an email address.
4. Physical shipping
We do not currently offer a printed version of the guide. There are no shipping charges, courier partners or physical addresses required.
5. If you didn’t receive your PDF
- Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
- Confirm that you entered the correct email at checkout.
- Wait up to 24 hours after payment.
- If it still hasn’t arrived, email pcos@pixymart.com with your order ID and Razorpay payment ID. We will re-send the PDF.
6. Lifetime access
Once delivered, please download and save the PDF on your phone and laptop. You get lifetime family access to the same PDF.
