1. Who we are

“We”, “us” and “PCOS Natural Diet Guide” refer to the operators of pcosguide.in, based in India. “You” refers to the customer.

2. The product

We sell digital PDF eBooks and related add-ons (recipes, yoga guide) about PCOS/PCOD nutrition and lifestyle. Products are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old (or a parent/guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor aged 16+). You must provide accurate contact and billing information.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Razorpay via UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Delivery

The PDF is delivered instantly by email (usually within minutes, at most 24 hours). If you don’t receive it, check Spam/Promotions and then email us at pcos@pixymart.com.

6. Digital licence & family use

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the guide for you and immediate family members in your household. You may not:

• Resell, sub-license, rent or publicly distribute the PDF.
• Upload it to public websites, torrents, Telegram/WhatsApp channels or file-sharing groups.
• Remove branding, watermarks or copyright notices.

7. Intellectual property

All content, recipes, meal plans, images, trademarks and text belong to PCOS Natural Diet Guide and its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction may result in account termination and legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

8. Not medical advice

The guide is educational nutrition and lifestyle information. It is not a substitute for professional medical, gynaecological or dietetic advice. Always consult a qualified doctor before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have any medical condition. See our Medical Disclaimer.

9. Refunds

As this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read the FAQs and sample content before purchasing. See our Refund Policy for details.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the product or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use the site to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, or interfere with the site’s operation.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the seller’s registered location in India.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
